HOW WE CHOSE OUR TOPIC 

Our self care activity is to be able to identify the signs of when to take a break. These include things such as having no motivation, feeling negative, or not being able to concentrate. Learning these signs and taking a break would help increase productiveness and overall well being. We chose this topic because during quarantine, many of us have been feeling burnt out and the reason for this is not taking care of ourselves as well as we should. We noticed that taking a break has helped prevent burnouts. Some benefits of taking breaks are increased productivity and creativity. When we don’t give ourselves time to relax, it can lead to mental and physical fatigue.
