Interviewee #1

  1. I’ve been taking care of myself by drinking more water and watching the food I've been eating. I also spend more time watching shows I like.

  2.  I only take breaks when I am in school in between assignments, so around twice a day.​

  3. I relax by watching shows in bed with my dogs.

  4. Yes, I talk to my boyfriend, sister, and my friend when something is bothering me.

  5. I often experience mental and physical fatigue because my family is especially draining. I am mentally tired from them everyday. I am also both mentally and physically fatigued when I have to go out and meet with people because socializing with others is exhausting.

  6. I have experienced burnout in school and in doing basic things in life due to stress and lack of motivation.

  7. Some ways that I take breaks are by listening to music, petting and talking to my dogs, treating myself to something delicious, and shopping.

Interviewee #2

1. I take a whole lot of naps and remember to eat at least two meals a day.

2. I like to torture myself and prioritize finishing all of my work at once and then rewarding myself with relaxing/taking a break.

3. I relax by laying in bed and escaping my reality through social media. 

4. Yes, having someone that you can vent to is extremely important, keeping things all bottled up eventually leads you to explode.

5. Everyday, 24/7

6. I experience burn out at least once a month.

7. Some of my own ways that I take a break are to make sure that I am clean, have eaten something, and end the day relaxed in bed.

Interviewee #3

  1. She’s been very busy so the only time they can is when they go to sleep.

  2. She doesn't really have time for breaks, the only time she can unwind is when she goes to sleep.

  3. She loves to take naps

  4. When something is troubling her, she talks to her sisters and has them to count on.

  5. She experiences mental and physical fatigue a lot.

  6. She has experienced burnout

  7. Her way of taking a break is to take a nap.
